Purpose Statement
As an Interdisciplinary Liberal Arts student, my goal is to graduate with the skills, confidence, and experience to contribute to creative, technological, and communication-focused industries within the United States and abroad. I am particularly interested in opportunities within entertainment, publishing, digital media, interactive technology, and East Asian creative industries, where storytelling, design and cross-cultural communication come together to create meaningful experiences. This portfolio brings together academic, professional, and creative work that reflects my interdisciplinary background. It highlights projects in UX/UI design, digital media, game development, artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, creative writing, and technical communication, alongside professional experience in CRM systems, procurement, documentation, and customer service. My primary goal is to help individuals, organizations, and creative teams communicate the stories. Whether through design, research, writing, or emerging technologies, I hope to create work that amplifies diverse voices and supports meaningful, accessible, and engaging experiences.
Media
A semester-wide project, I collaborated with two other students to create a working UX/UI design for a digital app for PC, based off the following premise: what if we could create an alternative to Pinterest, but catered for the ease and specificity of wanting to find components to best suit the user’s desk and gaming setups? The result was a working concept and a presentation I am deeply proud of for both its technical components and final product.
Built as the final game project for my 2025 Game Development course, this GameJam Project features three levels, and was modelled after the theme of nature. The base-level takes place in the mountains, and acts as a platformer until the player ascends through the mountains (and the mines) into an ethereal realm for the third level. The greater concept was to honor nature and its mysticism, and also to create a platform-inspired game drawing on influence from other game mechanics employed in Jump King and Only Up! Set across three levels and featuring both collectible and projectile mechanics, this first person game was the intermediary/midterm project for my 2025 Game Development course, and themed after a ‘cozy cosmos’ theme. The player collects three stars to unlock a door and use the key inside to progress to the next level. You can still play this game by double-clicking the .exe file in the .zip.
Drawing on both virtual and augmented reality, and also a project focusing on 3D animation, this Final Project essay details the progression, delineation, and script-creation for a working companion in VR Chat. This link also includes artwork collaboration with a fellow student, and the base software used to create the dragon-miku companion. This project showcases skills in technical and sound design, visual presentation, and narrative control.
Prototyping at its finest. This document details the collaborative effort of my Design Thinking for Business course group, with apps that we felt would be useful as concepts for other students. All three results were concepts we held high confidence in, and integrated into further UX/UI stages and prototyping further along in the course.
Social Activism
In response to the rising concerns of hidden user Terms of Service on various platforms, and timed with the scandal of Roblox and concerns over child data privacy, this speech tackles a complex issue and showcases my public speaking, narrative, technical, and creative writing abilities in a comprehensive orientation.
To support the charity of the Immune Deficiency Foundation (IDF), which has done incredible work in my own life and in the lives of my family-members, I performed my final project/commemorative speech in my Public Speaking to honor their efforts and their narrative. The link is to the script itself, as the speech was performed live and over Zoom.

A detailed exercise in technical writing, this essay analyzes and contends with a recent (as of 2025) social issue of the reintroduction of wolves into the areas of farmland of rural Colorado, and its effects on the agriculture and food industries.

Advocating for the visibility and accessibility of a contentious issue, my Public Deliberation Speech examined the state and publicity of Cloud Seeding within the United States. I am rather proud of this speech due to the breadth of its research and the interdisciplinary directions I was able to take it in, including social work, law, media transparency, and environmentalism.
Work Experience
Spending the summer out in Neenah, Wisconsin as Menasha Packaging’s Procurement Intern, I had the opportunity to completely overhaul the contracts for everyday operations in all major departments of the Menasha Packaging Headquarters, and also for Procurement-specific operating procedures. Ensuring that not only the code of operations was beneficial to all levels of the workforce, but also having the opportunity to directly work with contractors, veteran employees, and to actively participate in a family-run company as the first of my generation was an invaluable opportunity. I was able to see the direct results of what the company stood for, how UX/UI design directly impacts clients.

While the company has changed names, I’ve had the opportunity to work as a CRM’s systems and Database Manager and Consultant for Denver Roof Pros LLC (now Ascend Roofing & Construction, LLC) for five years now. This work has taught me critical thinking and communication skills as well as an exercise of both written and data-focused critical-thinking.
